Who can use Ember

You must be at least 18 years old. You may have one account, and the information you give about yourself must be true.

Your behaviour

• No nudity or sexual content in photos or messages.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech or pressure on anyone.
• No fake profiles, impersonation, scams or requests for money.
• No advertising, selling, or recruiting for other services.
• Nothing illegal, and nothing involving anyone under 18.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without notice.

Meeting in person

Ember does not run background checks on members. Meet in a public place, tell a friend where you are going, and never send money to someone you have met here. Report anyone who makes you uncomfortable.

Your content

You own your photos and words. By posting them you let us display them to other members as part of the service. Advertising is shown on the service; that is how it stays free.

The service

We provide Ember as it is, and we cannot promise matches, availability or that other members are who they say they are. You can stop using it and delete your account at any time.
